Violence Against Women and Girls

This government has declared violence against women and girls a national emergency.

Last year, I asked my first PMQ on provisions to restore the credit files of survivors of economic abuse – on 18^th December this Labour government announced that we will take steps to do it.

This is a testament to the hard work of Surviving Economic Abuse, MPs across the house and the Labour Government.
